Our service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate study snippets from your uploaded materials. You can choose between cloud-based models (Google Gemini) or on-device models (Apple Intelligence, Qwen, Llama, Phi) for processing.

The DoomStudy service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any notes or documents you upload. By submitting content, you grant DoomStudy a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of generating your study snippets. When using offline/on-device AI models, your documents are processed entirely on your device and never leave your device.

DoomStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
